Yoga Fusion builds on the foundation of the Garuda Method (www.thegaruda.net), and offers a gentle flowing cardiovascular workout combining the spirituality, pranayama, and asana of yoga with the core strength and principles of Pilates mat repertoire. Our classes include sequences and poses that are creative, invigorating and dynamic to create a stronger, more flexible and toned body. Breath focus is integrated throughout the class to help centre and quite the mind, whilst taking you deeper into a moving meditation. All levels welcome.
